Take back your mornings!

Remember that list you wrote regarding what YOU want to achieve in the mornings? Well, it's time to pull that out.  Today is the day you finalize that list.

As you are making up the list of tasks you'd like to accomplish think about the following:
1. Is this something I have to do or can someone else in the household perform this task?
2. Does this task have to be completed in the morning?
3. Is there a way to streamline this task into a routine later in the day?
4. Am I making time for me?

Remember, this list IS NOT set in stone. If you feel overwhelmed, take additional time to think about what is on the list. This is going to make your life easier.

Write down a time you think you would have to set your alarm in order to complete everything on your list.  Tonight, place the list some place you will have easy access to in the morning and set your alarm for the time you wrote down.
