Get your greens!

Do you side with Kale or Spinach?

I eat a lot of both of these leafy greens. A different green that I recently started to enjoy: watercress. Watercress is loaded with Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and 1 cup (8oz) chopped includes more Calcium than a cup (8oz) of cows milk.
