I am member and have gotten a lot of cool free Disney items - including a free Blu Ray on the anniversary of the day I became a member. This year I purchased a Mickey Mouse poster for my Dad's Christmas present.
You do not have to buy movies to benefit either. Every month Disney sends out a free code in their newsletter and several times a year they give out free codes. In December they give out 25 codes for the 25 Days of Christmas.
