Shake up your daily routine!

I have made a few changes to my day to day life to make myself healthier: * Instead of coffee first thing, I drink hot water with lemon :) * When I work out I make sure to drink a glass of water afterward * Even if I am not hungry in the mornings and do not want food, I drink a Shakeology shake . I don't just drink the powder either, I add fruits and veggies for that added nutritional punch. Have you made any healthy changes? I would love to hear about them
