QuickRewards - pays daily NO MINIMUM. They send out daily click emails, but they are a traditional GPT which includes shopping cash back, daily trivia question, and a high paying daily survey. They have also added weekly polls which you get points for. Besides money, you collect tokens (which rack up very quickly) which you redeem for lots of cool stuff.
PrizeBook - pays out every Friday, sometimes more often. Just added a ton of new offers to the site. Payout is easily reached by just completing free offers.

Hey, wanted to come over here and post a quick comment. You recently posted on my blog about quick rewards and paypal.. and I wanted to make sure you saw my response.
I still don't understand why the whole pay when to paypal. When i was being paid by myster-email, which was a few times a week... it was ALWAYS less then 15 cents (most times) and never any fees, always got the FULL amount. I've always had an upgraded paypal, so I don't get why quickrewards they would take it all, but on myster-e-mail none? Any ideas?
On another note, I'm going to check out some of your sites--and see what I can sign up for :)
